Interested stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on draft revised AusNCP Complaint Procedures.
The procedures have been revised to reflect the 2023 updates to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct.
The revisions also aim to improve the accessibility of the document and ensure the AusNCP complaint process is as clear as possible to both notifiers and enterprises that are subject to complaints.
